Vehicle Hire Terms

Booking & Confirmation
All hires must be confirmed in advance. Your booking is secured once you receive written confirmation from Apex Drive. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking that is not genuine or could put the vehicle or chauffeur at risk.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the hire will incur 100% of the booking fee.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- No refunds are provided for partially used services or unused return journeys.
- Entry may be refused if the chauffeur suspects drug, alcohol, or solvent use.
Waiting Time
Any stops, delays, or waiting at your request are charged at £60 per hour, pro rata.
Vehicle & Damage Policy
- Vehicles may be substituted if necessary; we will always provide one of equivalent standard.
- In case of breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be arranged as quickly as possible.
- Pets may be permitted at our discretion; guide or assistance dogs are always welcome.
- Large or unusual luggage must be declared at booking.
- Malicious damage or excessive soiling inside the vehicle will incur additional charges (£200 for significant cleaning).
Payment
- A 25% deposit is required on confirmation, with full payment due 24 hours before travel.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card or cash.
- Public holiday bookings may carry additional fees, communicated at booking.
Liability & Timing
We aim for timely arrivals but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or unforeseen events. Collection times should account for traffic and congestion. Chauffeurs will not drive unsafely to make up lost time. Early flight arrivals will be met at the agreed pick-up time.
Privacy & Data
Your details are used only to manage your enquiry, confirm your booking, and provide occasional updates or offers from Apex Drive. We never share your information with third parties, and you may opt out at any time.
